FIXTORS is dedicated to fostering a secure, transparent, and results-driven environment where clients and credit professionals interact with confidence. Our Trust & Safety Policy outlines the rules, enforcement procedures, and safeguards in place to ensure the integrity of our platform.
2. VERIFICATION OF CREDIT PROFESSIONALS
To protect clients, all credit repairers listed on FIXTORS must:
Submit proof of identity (government-issued ID)
Provide business credentials (if applicable)
Confirm prior credit repair experience or results
Agree to FIXTORS’s 80% issue-resolution performance standard
Ongoing Monitoring:
FIXTORS may conduct periodic reviews of profiles, client reviews, and resolution rates to ensure continued compliance.
3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FRAUD OR MISREPRESENTATION
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Misleading claims about results or credentials
Submitting fake testimonials or reviews
Charging unauthorized fees
Creating multiple profiles to manipulate the platform
Violation results in:
Immediate removal from the platform
Permanent ban
Possible legal action
4. CLIENT & PROVIDER CODE OF CONDUCT
Clients must:
Be honest about credit issues and documents
Pay agreed-upon fees through FIXTORS
Avoid harassing or abusive behavior
Providers must:
Maintain professional communication
Honor pricing and timeframes listed on their profiles
Respect client confidentiality
Harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse of any kind is grounds for suspension or removal.
5. SAFETY REPORTING & INVESTIGATION
If you experience misconduct, fraud, or any violation of our terms:
Report it via the “Report” button on any profile or message
Email us at info@unilinked.net
FIXTORS investigates all reports within 72 hours and may
Issue warning
Remove content
Suspend or ban account
Escalate to law enforcement if necessary
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY
If a dispute arises between a client and a credit professional:
Users are encouraged to resolve the issue through direct messaging
If no agreement is reached, submit a Dispute Request Form (available under the “Help” section)
FIXTORS will mediate the case using:
Message history
Service scope and deadline
Uploaded files
Payment records
FIXITORS’s decision is final and binding within the scope of our platform.
7. PLATFORM SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
All data is stored using secure SSL encryption. We actively monitor for:
Suspicious logins
Unauthorized access
Malware or phishing attempts
Users are advised to:
Use strong passwords
Never share account details
Report any unusual activity immediately
8. CHANGES & CONTACT
