REVIEW & RATINGS GUIDELINES

Platform: FIXTORS  (a subdivision of Unilinked LLC)

1. PURPOSE OF REVIEWS & RATINGS

The FIXTORS platform uses a transparent review and rating system to help users make informed decisions when selecting credit professionals. These reviews reflect the quality, honesty, professionalism, and results of each service provider.

2. WHO CAN LEAVE A REVIEW?

  • Only verified clients who have hired and completed a service through FIXTORS can leave reviews.
  • Each transaction is eligible for one review per client, per service completed.

3. TYPES OF FEEDBACK

Clients may provide:

  • A star rating (1 to 5) based on satisfaction
  • A written review (optional but encouraged)
  • Specific tags such as:

    • “Fast Turnaround”
    • “Great Communication”
    • “Improved Score
    • “Did Not Deliver”

4. REVIEW GUIDELINES

 Allowed:

  • Honest opinions based on actual experience
  • Constructive criticism or praise
  • Suggestions to improve service

 Not Allowed:

  • False or misleading statements
  • Personal attacks or hate speech
  • Reviews posted by someone who did not use the service
  • Fake reviews or incentives offered to post one

Reviews that violate these rules will be removed.

5. HOW CREDIT PROS CAN RESPOND

Credit professionals may:

  • Respond publicly to clarify concerns or thank clients
  • Request FIXTORS  to review a questionable rating

All responses must be professional and respectful.

6. FLAGGING A REVIEW

Any user can flag a review that:

  • Contains false information
  • Violates our conduct policy
  • Appears spammy or fraudulent

Flagged reviews are manually reviewed by FIXTORS  within 5 business days.

7. IMPACT ON ACCOUNT STATUS

  • Repeated low ratings or misconduct claims may trigger profile suspension or deactivation.
  • Providers with consistently high ratings may earn visibility boosts, badges, or placement on the featured pros list.

8. FIXIT’S ROLE

FIXIT does not edit or censor reviews unless they breach our platform rules.
 However, we reserve the right to remove or refuse reviews that:

  • Contain confidential information
  • Violate our Terms of Service
  • Are clearly abusive or fake
