INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT POLICY

1. OWNERSHIP OF PLATFORM CONTENT

All original content created and published by FIXTORS, including text, images, logos, branding, design, platform code, features, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Unilinked LLC. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or reuse of this content is strictly prohibited.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

A. What This Includes:

  • Profile descriptions
  • Service listings
  • Client reviews and feedback
  • Messages and attachments sent through the platform

B. User Responsibility:

By uploading or submitting content to FIXTORS, you:

  • Affirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
  • Grant FIXTORS  a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for platform functionality, promotion, or dispute resolution
  • Agree not to submit content that is defamatory, misleading, plagiarized, or illegal

3. SERVICE PROVIDER MATERIALS

If you offer downloadable guides, templates, or tools as part of your service:

  • You must own or have licensed rights to all materials provided
  • Clients are granted a non-commercial license to use the material for personal or business use, but may not resell or republish it
  • You agree to indemnify FIXTORS  against claims resulting from copyright infringement or misrepresentation

4. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS (DMCA)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted or used on FIXTORS  without authorization, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request to: support@fixtors.com
 Please include:

  • Your name and contact info
  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The exact URL where the content appears
  • A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
  • A digital signature

FIXTORS  will respond within 10 business days and remove or disable access to the infringing material if the claim is validated.

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following is not allowed on FIXITORS:

  • Stolen or scraped website content
  • Trademarked materials without permission
  • AI-generated text or images presented as original without disclosure
  • Explicit, violent, hateful, or defamatory content
  • Misleading guarantees or fake reviews

Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

6. BRAND USAGE POLICY

Service Providers may refer to the FIXIT platform in their external marketing (e.g., “Verified FIXIT Pro”), but must:

  • Use brand name exactly as written (“FIXITORS”)
  • Not use the FIXITORS logo or create modified versions
  • Seek written permission before using FIXITORS name in press or publications

7. MODIFICATIONS & CONTACT

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform.
