INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

Platform: FIXIT (a subdivision of Unilinked LLC)
 Applies To: All credit repair professionals (“Contractors”) using the FIXIT platform
 Effective Date: [10-11-2025]

1. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

All credit professionals on FIXTORS operate as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of FIXTORS or Unilinked LLC.

  • Contractors are responsible for their own work schedules, service methods, and results.
  • FIXIT provides a platform to connect Contractors with Clients and does not control how services are delivered.

2. TAXES & COMPLIANCE

  • Contractors are solely responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes, including income tax and self-employment tax.
  • Contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to credit repair services, including but not limited to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

3. SERVICE DELIVERY STANDARDS

Contractors agree to:

  • Provide services honestly, legally, and in good faith
  • Maintain an 80% or better client satisfaction rate (or as outlined in platform guidelines)
  • Not make false claims about credit repair outcomes or guarantee illegal results
  • Maintain clear communication with clients via the FIXTORS platform

4. PAYMENTS & FEES

  • Contractors set their own service rates.
  • FIXIT retains a [20 %]% platform fee from each transaction to cover operational costs.
  • Payments are disbursed to contractors based on FIXIT’s scheduled payout system (e.g., 5–7 days after service completion unless disputed).

5. NON-EXCLUSIVITY

  • Contractors may offer similar services on other platforms or independently.
  • FIXIT does not guarantee exclusive access to leads or visibility.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any training materials, tools, or guides created by FIXTORS remain the intellectual property of FIXTORS. Contractors may not copy, resell, or distribute FIXTORS-owned assets without prior written permission.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Contractors agree to:

  • Be liable for their own actions, advice, or misrepresentation
  • Indemnify FIXIT and Unilinked LLC from any legal claims, disputes, or damages caused by their services

8. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

FIXIT reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or remove a Contractor account for misconduct, fraud, repeated low reviews, or violation of policy
  • Do so without prior notice in severe or urgent cases

Contractors may also request account termination at any time via written request.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Independent Contractor Agreement represents the entire agreement between FIXIT and the Contractor and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
