DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

FIXTORS, a subdivision of Unilinked LLC, operates as a technology platform that facilitates connections between clients seeking credit repair or business credit services and independent Service Providers (“Credit Pros”).

FIXTORS  does not provide direct credit repair services and is not licensed as a credit repair organization. All services are performed by independent contractors who are solely responsible for the results of their engagements.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF CREDIT OUTCOMES

While FIXTORS  requires Service Providers to meet a minimum 80% success rate, we do not guarantee:

  • That any specific credit score will be reached;
  • That credit bureaus will approve any disputes;
  • That services will lead to financial gain, loan approval, or credit line increases.

All outcomes depend on each client’s personal financial history and the discretion of third-party credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion).

3. SERVICE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

By using FIXTORS , you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
  • You understand that credit repair is not a guaranteed service.
  • Any financial or legal consequences resulting from credit repair activities are your responsibility, not FIXTORS ’s.

4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

FIXTORS  may contain:

  • Links to third-party websites (e.g., credit monitoring tools, financial resources).
  • Content uploaded or shared by users or providers.

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content or websites. Users access these links and tools at their own risk.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIXTORS  and Unilinked LLC shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities
  • Delay or failure of service delivery by Credit Pros
  • Results, errors, or omissions in dispute resolution processes

Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid by the user for services in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FIXTORS, Unilinked LLC, its officers, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your relationship or dispute with a Service Provider or Client
  • Your breach of these policies or applicable laws

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
