Platform Name: FIXTORS  (a subdivision of Unilinked LLC, Ohio)

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to FIXTORS, a digital platform owned and operated by Unilinked LLC, an Ohio-based limited liability company. FIXTORS connects individuals seeking credit repair or business credit building services (“Clients”) with independent credit professionals (“Service Providers” or “Credit Pros”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FIXTORS  website, platform, services, and all associated applications. By accessing or using FIXTORS, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using FIXTORS, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
  • Will use the platform for lawful purposes only;
  • Are not barred from using the platform under any applicable laws.

3. USER ROLES

3.1. Clients

Clients are users who seek credit repair or credit-building services and engage with Service Providers through the platform.

3.2. Service Providers (Credit Pros)

Service Providers are independent professionals who offer fixed-price services via the platform and are solely responsible for service delivery, compliance, and communication with clients.

FIXTORS  acts solely as a technology platform and not as a direct provider of credit repair services.

4. SCOPE OF SERVICE

FIXTORS  provides a marketplace for Clients and Credit Pros to:

  • Post, browse, and purchase fixed-price credit services;
  • Track credit repair or business credit-building progress;
  • Communicate through in-platform tools.

FIXTORS  does not guarantee any specific credit score improvement or financial outcome. The results depend on each user’s unique financial situation and third-party credit reporting agencies.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use FIXTORS  to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading credit repair claims;
  • Promote illegal or deceptive services;
  • Harass, defraud, impersonate, or abuse others;
  • Upload or share harmful or unlicensed content;
  • Circumvent platform payments or solicit services outside FIXTORS;
  • Engage in data scraping or interfere with system integrity.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. FEES, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

6.1. Pricing

Service Providers set their own service fees.FIXTORS  charges a 20% platform commission from each transaction.

6.2. Payments

Clients pay upfront via approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Payments are held in escrow until service milestones or completion is confirmed.

6.3. Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • The Service Provider fails to deliver the service as described.
  • The 80% issue-resolution success threshold is not met.
  • FIXIT investigates and approves the refund request.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless clearly stated within the service listing or required by law.

6.4. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to:

  • Attempt good faith resolution through the FIXTORS  platform support team;
  • Provide documentation if requested;
  • Accept FIXTORS’s final mediation decision where applicable.

7. DISCLAIMERS

7.1. No Warranties

FIXIT provides the platform “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • That any credit outcome or financial result will be achieved;
  • That services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.2. Liability Limits

FIXTORS  and Unilinked LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages;
  • Loss of income, data, or business opportunities;
  • Damages exceeding the total fees paid by the user in the previous 90 days.

Service Providers remain independently liable for their own performance and compliance.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

FIXTORS  reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
