To preserve the integrity of the FIXTORS platform and its services, all Contractors agree to the following:

• No Direct Contact: Contractors shall not solicit, attempt to solicit, or accept credit repair work from any client introduced through FIXTORS outside of the platform unless explicitly authorized in writing by FIXTORS .
  
• No Circumvention: Contractors shall not circumvent FIXTORS ‘s billing system to avoid paying the agreed platform fee (currently 20%) or induce clients to pay outside the platform (via cash, Zelle, PayPal, etc.).
  
• Timeframe of Restriction: This restriction applies during active use of the FIXTORS  platform and for 12 months after the last client interaction facilitated by FIXTORS .
  
• Breach Consequences:
  
  
  • Permanent suspension of the Contractor’s FIXTORS  account
    
  • Legal action for damages equal to 3x the avoided commission fees
    
  • Reporting of unethical activity to the appropriate licensing bodies, if applicable
