SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT SUMMARY

Platform: FIXTORS (a subdivision of Unilinked LLC)

This summary outlines the key terms and expectations every credit repair specialist (also called “Credit Pro” or “Service Provider”) agrees to when joining the FIXTORS  platform. A full, signed agreement is required before activation.

1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

You operate as an independent contractor, not an employee of FIXTORS  or Unilinked LLC. You are responsible for your own taxes, licensing, and compliance with federal and state laws.

2. SERVICE TERMS

You agree to:

  • Offer honest and legal credit repair or business credit building services.
  • Set clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
  • Deliver services within the timeline listed in your profile.
  • Respond to all client messages within 48 hours.
  • Provide regular updates and meet a minimum 80% success rate for the issues you accept to work on.

3. PLATFORM FEES & PAYOUTS

  • FIXIT charges a 20% commission on all orders.
  • Payouts are processed biweekly after service milestones are met or completion is confirmed.
  • You are responsible for handling refunds tied to failed or incomplete work, as determined by platform mediation.

4. DISPUTE & CANCELLATION HANDLING

  • If you cannot complete a service, you must cancel through the dashboard with a written explanation.
  • Clients can file disputes through FIXTORS; both parties agree to accept the outcome of platform-led mediation.
  • Frequent disputes or unresolved complaints may result in suspension.

5. LEGAL & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

You must:

  • Comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and any state-specific regulations.
  • Never charge clients for services not performed or misrepresent your qualifications.
  • Keep all client data confidential and use it only for the purpose of completing the agreed service.

6. ACCOUNTABILITY & ENFORCEMENT

You agree that:

  • Your profile, services, and client satisfaction will be reviewed regularly.
  • FIXTORS  may remove your profile if you violate platform policies, underperform, or breach client trust.
  • You will not solicit FIXIT clients off-platform for a period of 12 months after service.

7. AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE

A complete version of the FIXTORS  Service Provider Agreement will be emailed to you upon application approval. You must sign it digitally before your profile is activated.
