PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & COMPLIANCE POLICY

1. PURPOSE

The FIXTORS  platform is committed to upholding lawful, ethical, and transparent standards for both clients and credit repair professionals. This Prohibited Activities & Compliance Policy outlines actions that are strictly forbidden and the regulatory guidelines FIXTORS adheres to.

2. ILLEGAL OR PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

All users agree not to engage in any of the following when using the FIXTORS  platform:

A. Fraudulent or Deceptive Conduct

  • Submitting false credit disputes or falsified documentation
  • Misrepresenting identity or impersonating another person
  • Guaranteeing illegal or unverified credit results (e.g., “instant 800+ score”)

B. Bypassing FIXTORS

  • Soliciting clients or providers outside the platform to avoid service fees
  • Exchanging personal contact info before booking confirmation

C. Misuse of Personal Information

  • Selling, renting, or exposing user data to third parties
  • Uploading client data to unauthorized external systems or marketing tools

D. Payment Violations

  • Requesting or accepting off-platform payments
  • Charging fees beyond those agreed upon via FIXIT

E. Harassment or Abuse

  • Using hate speech, threats, or abusive language
  • Attempting to bully, coerce, or defame clients or other providers

3. COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL & STATE LAW

A. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

All Service Providers must comply with the CROA:

  • Cannot charge upfront fees unless permitted under state law
  • Must provide clients with a Consumer Credit File Rights Notice
  • Must offer a signed written agreement
  • Must allow clients to cancel the agreement within 3 business days

B. State Licensing Requirements

Each Service Provider is responsible for:

  • Knowing their state’s licensing laws (if any)
  • Complying with regional or federal limitations on credit repair advertising, telemarketing, and fee structure

4. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

FIXTORS  reserves the right to:

  • Monitor messages, orders, and reviews for signs of misconduct
  • Investigate complaints or red flags reported by users
  • Request additional documentation from Service Providers under review
  • Suspend, limit, or permanently ban any user or provider found in violation of this policy

5. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION

Violating this policy may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Removal of funds from escrow
  • Platform bans for clients or Service Providers
  • Referral to law enforcement when necessary
