CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT

Between  FIXTORS (a subdivision of Unilinked LLC) and Credit Repair Specialists

1. Parties to the Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

  • FIXTORS, a division of Unilinked LLC, an Ohio-based limited liability company, with its principal place of business
     AND
  • The undersigned independent Credit Repair Specialist (“Service Provider”),
     Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

2. Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish terms and responsibilities for the Service Provider to list, promote, and deliver credit repair services through the FIXTORS  platform to clients.

3. Independent Contractor Status

The Service Provider shall operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of FIXTORS  or Unilinked LLC. Nothing in this Agreement shall create an employer-employee relationship.

4. Service Provider Obligations

The Service Provider agrees to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of their services, timeline, fees, and scope of work on the FIXTORS  platform.
  • Maintain a minimum 80% success rate on client-reported issues.
  • Respond to client inquiries within 48 hours.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
  • Avoid false promises, misleading claims, or unauthorized financial practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information and documentation.

5. Platform Obligations

FIXTORS  agrees to:

  • Provide the Service Provider with a digital platform to promote, receive bookings, and manage service delivery.
  • Process payments from clients and remit earned income to the Service Provider, less platform fees.
  • Offer access to a support system for administrative or technical help.

6. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Service Providers may set their own prices.
  • FIXTORS retains a 20% commission on all transactions.
  • Payouts are made biweekly via Stripe, PayPal, or ACH, based on completed milestones or services rendered.
  • Refunds or chargebacks initiated by clients may impact payouts.

7. Performance & Termination

  • FIXTORS  may suspend or terminate a Service Provider’s account for:
    • Falling below a 70% client satisfaction rate
    • Breach of this agreement
    • Legal violations
  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice.

8. Non-Circumvention

The Service Provider agrees not to bypass FIXTORS  to solicit or serve platform-referred clients outside the platform for a period of 12 months following their last interaction.

9. Confidentiality

All platform content, client information, and internal communications shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without written consent.

10. Indemnification

The Service Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FIXTORS and Unilinked LLC from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising from their services, conduct, or failure to comply with laws and this Agreement.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Ohio, USA shall govern this Agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

12. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes any prior discussions or understandings between the Parties. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
